Step 1. Open your Pinterest application on the phone.

Step 2. Hit the magnifier glass button. It usually lies at the screen's bottom and launches a search bar.

Step 3. Now enter a user's name into this bar. 

Step 4. Hit "Search". 

Step 5. Tap "People". There will be a People icon with gray hues. You can find it on the screen's top-left side!

Method 3. Follow Them From Your Pinboard on Desktop

Suppose you are passionate about candle-making. Type "candle making" into the bar and browse through the results. Click on any pin that interests you!

Next, navigate to the user's profile of that pin. You can visit their other boards, too. Do you find them beautiful or interesting? Then here is the last step: click "Follow" to get more updates.

2. I Cannot Follow This Person on Pinterest. Why? 

Do not forget that Pinterest sets limits on certain activities. That includes numbers of following rates on boards, pins, and personal accounts.

Having 50,000 followers, 200,000 pins, and 500 boards is alright. Following 10 to 20 people is also acceptable.
